All over the world so many
researches are going on the topics like green marketing, green HRM, green
employers and many.....Why we are not urging for green human being. A being who
is happy, the one who is at peace with himself and the environment. People with
empathy, compassion and integrity will automatically lead to greener
organisations, greener societies and further greener nations and world. We all
are focusing on better medical facilities, why not health. Our actions and our
concerns are contradictory. We all want the problem to be eradicated without
working on the cause. Why our contemplation are so superficial and short term.
We need to search for life....a life which is at peace with everything around.
We should work on needs not on greed.......
